Conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, and the exterior perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards to the appropriate store personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.
