About The Position

This role is responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility. The Security Guard Supervisor will learn all the jobs of their immediate staff, ensure the completion and accuracy of reports done by staff, and complete daily and weekly reports as needed. The position involves supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of staff, implementing disciplinary procedures when necessary, and resolving employee conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. The role requires direct communication with company and outside services, working in the Order Management System/Shop Floor, and collaborating with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic Department to coordinate shipping dates, times, and locations. The supervisor will maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks and attend scheduled meetings. This position reports to the Safety Manager and may perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
