About The Position

The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility. This role involves learning all the jobs of immediate staff, ensuring the completion and accuracy of reports, and completing daily and weekly reports as needed. The supervisor will also train, evaluate performance, and implement disciplinary procedures for staff, while resolving employee conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. This position requires direct communication with company and outside services, working within the Order Management System/Shop Floor, and collaborating with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic and Traffic Department to coordinate shipping dates, times, and locations. The role includes maintaining logs for inbound and outbound trucks and attending scheduled meetings. The Security Guard Supervisor reports to the Safety Manager and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
