About The Position
Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a Security Guard/Partner who is passionate about serving seniors and making a difference in their lives. The role involves securing the physical plant and materials, maintaining interpersonal contacts, performing miscellaneous duties, coordinating work within the department and with other departments, reporting pertinent information to the supervisor, and responding to inquiries. Requirements
- Knowledge of legal requirements for security guard position required
- Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
- Ability to react calmly and confidently under pressure and in unexpected situations
