Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a highly regulated aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity through proper channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support posted rules for restricted areas and sensitive materials.
  • Communicate with site contacts, employees, and visitors in a professional manner while following Allied Universal standards and location-specific policies.
