As a Security Guard Full Time Visitor Credentialing in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence for residents, guests, and visitors. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, and direct guests and service providers in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor logs, cameras, alarms, and/or other assigned systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to resident requests, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, deliveries, and shift communications, and provide clear updates to incoming personnel and site management.
