You will use technology to assist with badge administration, monitor building activity, and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Welcome visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
  • Monitor access points, cameras, alarm panels, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access issues according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with building management and emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Assist with front desk communications by answering phones, directing inquiries, receiving deliveries, and providing general information about building policies and services.
