Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology and telecommunications location.
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor management protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Verify visitor credentials, issue temporary access badges, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site policies.
Monitor access points, communications systems, and security-related equipment; report unusual activity, access concerns, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.
