About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Ambassador to join their team. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position requires individuals who can engage with people effectively and inspire confidence.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Have a state license if required

- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
