About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Guard Fire Watch to serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage production location in Golden, Colorado. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service to employees and visitors. The officer supports a welcoming environment and responds to incidents in accordance with site protocols. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations while following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, and perimeter access points at the food and beverage production location.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity.
Report unusual conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete detailed activity reports and communicate incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations to site leadership.
