As a Security Guard Ambassador Unarmed Patrol Detail in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer serving a dynamic public-facing location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support visitors and staff through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

Able to ride a bike.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public-facing location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details to supervisors and/or local contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing visitors and/or staff, and help to support orderly operations throughout the location.
Document routine activities, incidents, and/or observations in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines.
