About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for a concierge post in Kirkland, Washington. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments. The supervisor provides leadership and day-to-day direction to Security Officers, supports site operations, and helps protect people and property. The schedule is full-time with open availability for first, second, or third shift. The position pays $28.35 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Security supervisory or managerial experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Clean motor vehicle report.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations.
• Provide post coverage when operationally necessary.
• Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to Security Officers.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing gaps or call-offs.
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Ensure officers follow post orders, site procedures, and GardaWorld standards.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
