Responsibilities

Fill open shifts as requested by supervisors and management.
Perform routine and high-visibility foot patrols to maintain site safety.
Address incidents and resolve conflicts in a calm, professional manner.
Deliver excellent customer service while assisting tenants, visitors, and clients.
Accurately document daily activities and complete incident reports.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.
Monitor and maintain assigned equipment to ensure readiness and accountability.
