Step in to cover shifts on short notice when operational needs arise.
Conduct patrols and remain alert to any safety or security concerns.
Respond to incidents with professionalism, focusing on de-escalation when needed.
Provide assistance and direction to tenants, guests, and staff.
Complete accurate reports and maintain detailed activity logs.
Maintain strong communication with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders.
Ensure all assigned tools and equipment are functioning and properly handled.
