Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must be available for on-call roles
Flexible in supporting shifts available
Mornings, Mid-day, overnight, and weekend availability required
Available for 2 shifts, 4-5 days a week required for locations in NORTH HOUSTON
High school degree or equivalent
Non-Commissioned Security License required
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Minimum of one year of security experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.
Gatehouse: Greet truck drivers and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control access to the property.
Front Desk: Greet guests with courtesy, provide customer service, manage access control, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages.
Device Check: Scan employee devices, verify IMEI against provided documentation.
North Dock: Monitor trash dump for theft, open/close dock doors, track outbound trucks, count pallets for inbound trucks, monitor open dock doors during loading, and monitor special projects during peak season.
South Dock: Count pallets for inbound trucks, monitor special projects during peak season, send/receive emails, type truck information, and monitor/open/close dock doors.
Metal Detector: Check devices in and out, ensure only approved devices are present, screen visitors through x-ray, and prevent prohibited items from entering the building.
Tracker: Track high-value loads using computer software.
