About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Flex Officer for an assigned site in Fort Worth, Texas. The role provides a fixed weekly schedule of anchor shifts for a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through a scheduling platform. Additional shifts may be worked at other sites, allowing hours to vary up to 40 hours per week. The role is intended for candidates seeking part-time work with dependable scheduled hours and flexibility to increase or reduce hours.

The pay rate is $21.75 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Saturday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, and Sunday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience, an active DoD Secret Clearance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles. Employment is contingent on applicable background investigation and drug screening. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law; a valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
