About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking dynamic and inspired individuals to join their expanding Event Services Team as a Response Security Officer. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and are passionate about delivering Best-in-Class Customer Service. The primary focus of the Security Response Officer – Events Team is customer service, interacting with people across all shifts in various settings. This position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of exciting events and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
Completion of additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during the hiring process)
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Responsive and strong problem-solving skills

Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
Driver's license

Responsibilities

Monitor the premises to ensure security
Conduct area patrols to spot any suspicious activity
Control access points by managing traffic flow, and preventing overcrowding
Conduct bag checks, checking tickets, and verifying IDs to ensure only authorized personnel enters restricted areas
Assist guests with directions or questions
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
Write detailed reports on events and incidents
Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
