Security Drop Officer-Part Time (early mornings)
About The Position
Security Drop Officers are responsible for providing security during the drop process by escorting the drop team throughout the casino to ensure compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations. They also focus on providing superior guest service by proactively assisting guests, maintaining visible patrols for a safe gaming environment, supporting other departments, upholding public order, enforcing safety rules, protecting property, and investigating disturbances. Key duties include collaborating with Countroom and Slot Performance teams, securing drop zones, politely relocating guests from drop zones, and notifying surveillance and the MGC as necessary during the drop process.
Requirements
- Must be able to work early mornings, starting at 4:30 am.
- Must be able to work part-time, averaging 15-20 hours per week.
