About The Position

The Security Doorman is responsible for ensuring a safe, controlled, and welcoming environment at the Club 49 entrance. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, verifying identification, enforcing entry policies, and maintaining order while delivering exceptional guest service consistent with resort standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must demonstrate physical acuity as determined by pre and post-employment assessments.
Ability to explain and demonstrate Hospitality Behaviors and Performance Standards.
Ability to understand where to get the information needed to complete tasks to standard.
Ability to explain and demonstrate technical skills used to complete tasks to standard.
Ability to explain or demonstrate the behavioral values or standards needed to complete tasks to standard.
Ability to understand how to take ownership of problems and solve them when solutions may not be available.
Ability to explain how to request help from others when needed to complete task or goal.
Complete knowledge and ability to inform others of IMGR&C products and services.
Ability to provide guests with directions or other venue information.

Required to work all Marketing Special Events and Concerts.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner upon arrival.
Verify valid identification and ensure all guests meet age requirements in accordance with gaming and liquor laws.
Monitor guest entry and exit to control occupancy and maintain compliance with fire code capacity limits.
Identify, prevent, and respond to potential security risks or disruptive behavior.
Deny entry to intoxicated, underage, or unruly individuals in a professional manner.
Conduct bag checks or screenings when required, following property procedures.
Communicate effectively with Security Officers and management regarding incidents or concerns.
Assist in crowd control during peak hours, special events, or emergencies.
Complete incident reports accurately and timely when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority and professionalism at all times.
Perform a walkthrough of the club during periods of low activity at the entrance.
