Join our team and be part of a family that values both tradition and innovation. Provide a positive first and last impression for guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. Assist guests with their luggage, both upon arrival and departure. Store and retrieve luggage as needed using baggage carts to transport luggage efficiently.

Requirements

• Physical Fitness. The ability to lift and carry luggage, stand for extended periods, and move around the hotel.
• Previous experience within a luxury hotel is preferred, passionately providing service to others.
• Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise, professional manner.
• People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with vehicles, luggage, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to their rooms or other designated areas.
• Assist with special needs or requests.
• Run errands as needed
• Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
