The Security Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director Corporate Security & Business Continuity, is responsible for overseeing the coordination, tracking, and follow-up of ESD security processing to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). The role also supports the administration and oversight of the organization's alarm and access control systems. Key responsibilities include generating reports that assist the Security Director in monitoring ticket completion, uptime, and related performance metrics. The Security Coordinator also provides support for training, customer support, emergency preparedness, and business continuity initiatives.
