About The Position

The Security Control Room Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment, provides professional assistance, and ensures people on the property follow safety protocols. The position is full-time and located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Schedules listed include Saturday–Tuesday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m.; Wednesday–Saturday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; and flexible second- and third-shift options. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
