About The Position
Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community.
Requirements
- AA/AS from an accredited college or university or substitute with 3+ years experience.
- Must possess one of the following IAT Level II certifications: CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP.
- Must possess a CE/OS Certification.
- Experience with ACAS, Microsoft Defender, STIGs, Microsoft 365, SaaS Security, RHEL, Windows Server, MacOS, and eMASS.
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent, comprehensive assessments of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements within or inherited by an IT system.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of these controls, as defined in NIST 800-37.
- Perform thorough evaluations to ensure compliance with NIST 800-37 and related standards.
- Assess control effectiveness, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements.
- Provide detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work with IT and security teams to implement recommended measures.
- Keep up to date with security trends, threats, and best practices.
