About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Concierge Supervisor for an office building in Skillman, New Jersey. The role involves monitoring security systems, observing for suspicious activity, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $25.20. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Hold a valid New Jersey SORA license.
• Have strong computer skills and proficiency with technology.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, background check, and drug screening.
• Have strong report-writing skills, sharp visual activity, and exceptional concentration.
• Have 4–6 years of prior experience working in a supervisory role.
• Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, email, and typing.
• Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• CCURE 9000 experience is preferred but not required.
• Genetec experience is preferred but not required.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors' identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
