About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Concierge Supervisor for an office building in Skillman, New Jersey. The role involves monitoring security systems and surveillance feeds, identifying potential threats, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, and protecting people and property. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at $25.20 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Hold a valid New Jersey SORA license.
• Have strong computer skills and technology proficiency.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills, sharp visual awareness, and exceptional concentration.
• Have 4–6 years of prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, email, and typing.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• CCURE 9000 experience (preferred but not required).
• Genetec experience (preferred but not required).
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents in detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
