About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Concierge Officer for an office building in Piscataway, New Jersey. The role focuses on observing security systems, identifying suspicious activity and potential threats, documenting incidents, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at a rate of $20.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid New Jersey SORA license.
• Have strong computer skills and proficiency with technology.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as the post-offer background check and drug screening.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity, strong observation skills, attention to detail, and exceptional concentration.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• CCURE 9000 experience is preferred but not required.
• Genetec experience is preferred but not required.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
