Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Dispatching calls
- Documenting service calls
- Monitoring alarm systems
- Monitoring CCTV cameras
- Maintenance of CCTV recording devices
- Dispatching medical center wide emergency broadcasts
