About The Position

Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Security Ambassador to help ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and assets while providing excellent customer service. Security Ambassadors serve as the eyes and ears of casino operations, moving throughout the property to greet and assist guests and provide information. The role may involve high- or low-traffic periods and offers opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Must be able to comply with state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Zero to two years of security experience with a focus on guest service preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly.
Check identification for guests entering the casino and hotels; deny entry to people under 21, those without proper authorization, or those carrying weapons or other prohibited items.
Explain the rules, regulations, and code of conduct for the casino and hotels.
Assist the public professionally by providing directions and responding to inquiries.
Assist with disputes and complaints, intoxicated subjects, criminal matters, and traffic control, referring matters to management when appropriate.
Notify a supervisor, manager, surveillance, and/or the Casino and Hotel Operations Manager about unusual events, incidents, or crimes.
Respond to medical or fire emergencies, including situations involving sick or injured guests.
Staff the Employee/Visitor Entrance, ensure only authorized personnel enter, and log visiting vendors and visitors.
Monitor guest and team member passage in and out of restaurants and gaming areas.
Control traffic congestion in valet and parking areas.
Write and investigate first reports of injury when applicable.
Assist in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers.
Check for and report safety hazards.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
