About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Ambassador for a concierge post in South County St. Louis, Missouri. This customer-service-focused role involves engaging with visitors and helping them feel reassured and confident in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position is part-time, scheduled Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The hourly wage is $18, and DailyPay is available to employees. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
