About The Position

As a Security Administrator in Warsaw, you will support user access management and security administration while helping protect the integrity of the bank’s systems and information. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who understands the importance of access control, accuracy, and strong customer service. You will be responsible for supporting secure systems, solving problems, and assisting internal clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Personal computer competency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for user access and password management while delivering professional and responsive customer service.
  • Manage employee system access by processing approved requests and maintaining required security documentation.
  • Monitor, log, and escalate security-related support requests while adhering to bank policies and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain employee system access accounts.
