About The Position

As a Security Administrator in Warsaw, you will support access management and security administration while helping protect the integrity of the bank’s systems and information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Personal computer competency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of bank operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for user access and password management while delivering professional and responsive customer service.
  • Manage employee system access by processing approved requests and maintaining required security documentation.
  • Monitor, log, and escalate security-related support requests while adhering to bank policies and compliance requirements.
  • Open and provide maintenance on your client's accounts.
