Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience in security or hospitality environments.
  • Prior experience in luxury hotels, high-end residential, or Class A corporate properties preferred.
  • Ability to lead, train, and manage a large, guest-facing security team.
  • Maintain a polished and professional presence consistent with a five-star luxury brand.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Consistent attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, payroll oversight, timekeeping, compliance tracking, and security reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in standard office and computer applications.
  • Capability to lead incident response, manage de-escalation with discretion, and coordinate effectively with emergency services.
  • Meet all Massachusetts licensing, background, and employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage a large, guest-facing security team.

  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison with hotel leadership and respond quickly to operational concerns.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize strong organizational abilities and consistent attention to detail.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll oversight, timekeeping, compliance tracking, and security reporting systems.
  • Proficiently use standard office and computer applications.
  • Lead incident response and manage de-escalation with discretion.
  • Coordinate effectively with emergency services when required.
