About The Position

We are seeking a professional and experienced Account Manager to oversee security operations for a large-scale account with approximately 20 officers. This is a working Account Manager position responsible for the daily oversight, performance, and accountability of security officers and site leads while maintaining strong client relationship and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior security and account management experience, strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment. High-rise experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior Security experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year Account Management experience required.
  • Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • High-rise security experience preferred.
  • Additional experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and hold officers and site leads accountable for performance, professionalism, and attendance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness.
  • Ensure all posts are staffed appropriately and scheduled are maintained.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
  • Audit reports, logs, and incident documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all operational processes and reporting.
  • Address employee concerns, coaching opportunities, and disciplinary issues as needed.
  • Ensure all officers are following site policies, procedures, and post orders.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and development of security personnel.
  • Monitor incident reporting and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Support recruiting and retention efforts to maintain staffing levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and security staff regarding operational updates, concerns, and expectations.
