About The Position

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising publicly traded companies on securities law compliance, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance matters.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of securities, capital markets, or public company corporate experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Securities Act of 1933, stock exchange rules, and other applicable securities laws and regulations
  • Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and distinguished academic credentials required
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
  • Active Washington bar admission required
