About The Position

This position requires the ability to motivate and lead a team to meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements. The role involves working any shift, including weekends, and conducting pre-shift meetings. The Section Leader must lead by example with fairness and ethics, promote and enforce all policies including safety, and possess good attendance.

Requirements

• Must always have and maintain a Valid Forklift License.
• Willingness and ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Analytical and PC skills (must be able to function on a PC).
• High level of teamwork.
• Forklift certified.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
• Able to work overtime as needed and weekends.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform mathematics.
• Must not have received or retain more than one (1) active Level 1 Counseling/Progressive Discipline within a “rolling” 12-month period.
• Must be a full-time associate with a minimum of 3 months of service (Associate cannot be in their New Hire Probationary Period).
• Must not have received any formal written occurrences, other than attendance during the past 12 months.
• Must not have less than 3.5 points during the time of posting and/or cannot reach 1.5 points while in the position.
