About The Position
As our Janitorial Lead Cleaner, you are the heartbeat of our site operations. You won't just be a Cleaning Supervisor; you’ll be hands-on, ensuring the facility shines. Perform specialized cleaning: changing grates/filters, wiping walls, and mucking out booths. Act as a Lead Custodian by checking behind teams to ensure every task meets our high-quality scope. Maintain safety by tackling "tack and blow," sweeping, and flood sheet duties.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in janitorial or lead roles.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
- An eye for detail and the ability to motivate a team to finish strong.
