About The Position

As a Janitorial Lead Cleaner, you will be a central figure at the site, performing general cleaning tasks such as pulling trash, dusting, and vacuuming. In this leadership role, you will also act as a Lead Custodian, supporting your team and ensuring that all areas, including restrooms and hallways, meet the company's high standards, thereby delivering top-tier service as a Lead Housekeeper.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of cleaning or supervisory experience
- The physical ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively
- A sharp eye for detail and a "lead by example" work ethic
- Reliable transportation and a positive, neighborly attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks—like pulling trash, dusting, and vacuuming
- Act as a Lead Custodian to support your team
- Check behind your crew to ensure every restroom and hallway meets high standards
