About The Position

This position involves managing all aspects of the Shoe department, including Profit & Loss responsibilities, seasonal sets, maintaining on-hand price integrity, and ensuring the department is clean, recovered, and in stock. The role also requires demonstrating the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fred Meyer, based in Portland, Oregon, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998 and now serves customers in over 120 stores across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.
