As our Janitorial Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our night shift operations. You will work alongside your crew as a Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring every task is completed to our high standards. As a Lead Custodian, you’ll ensure the facility is pristine and the crew is motivated!

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in janitorial, custodial, or supervisor roles
Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
Comfort working at heights (climbing ladders) and around industrial machinery
A "lead by example" attitude and a high level of reliability

Responsibilities

Support, train, and mentor your team members
Perform specialized tasks: changing robot covers, wiping walls, and mucking out flood sheets
Maintain equipment by changing ceiling, cube, and roll filters
Technical cleaning: blowing/tacking walls, cleaning robot structures, and scraping windows/lights
Ensure safety while climbing ladders and placing protective plastic
Ensure the facility is pristine and the crew is motivated
