Requirements

Retired or former educator.
Content expert in secondary math.
Experience as an educator in a secondary school setting.
Charismatic and driven personality.
Familiarity with various educational software or tools.
Strong desire to make a meaningful difference for students, educators, and districts.
Deep expertise in secondary-level mathematics content and pedagogy.
Proven experience as an educator in a secondary school setting.
A charismatic, driven professional who motivates and leads with enthusiasm.
Excellent communication skills - able to build rapport with teachers, administrators, and school communities.
Skilled at coaching and supporting adult learners in instructional improvement.
Competent in using data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student growth.
Adaptable and resilient - comfortable working in diverse school settings, including rural and near-border contexts.
Knowledgeable about educational dynamics in Kansas and the surrounding Nebraska border area and committed to partnering well with schools in that region.
Professional, dependable, and committed to integrity, service, teamwork, and accountability.
Not currently under contract with a school district or employed full-time elsewhere.
