About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Operations Manager to lead evening operations. This role involves managing internal team members, coordinating resources, and ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality service. This position is hands-on and focuses on developing a team while ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.

Requirements

Previous leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to hold teams accountable while building trust and collaboration.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.

Experience in operations, facilities, commercial services, or a similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
Overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards are met across assigned accounts.
Partnering with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
Supporting new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and team members.
Monitoring operational performance through inspections, reporting, and regular communication with key stakeholders.
