Responsibilities
- Know and follow all aspects of the Data Entry Department manual
- Polished customer service skills; answer phones, direct calls, maintain facility communication logs, follow-up on issues
- Have effective problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Docs
- Do whatever supervisor/managers deem necessary
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
