About The Position

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Beverly Hills NSW, 2209. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 7am-9am, After school care: 2.30pm-6pm. Total hours: 27.50.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
• Completion of mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
• Support with ensuring your program is in compliance according to industry regulations.
