About The Position

This is a permanent opportunity that offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. This is a small service with a great local community and beautiful dedicated space that you can make your own! You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: BSC:7:00am-9:00am ASC: 1:55pm - 6:15pm Admin: 6 Total: 38 hours per week As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Requirements

• Natural leader with a passion for teaching children

• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
• Completion of mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment
• Thorough background checks, reference checks, and screening
