About The Position
FastLane is hiring a Second Assistant Manager for its New Florence, Missouri store. The role trains the employee to assist the store manager with employees and customer interactions, while supporting store operations, customer service, and a welcoming store environment. The position offers competitive pay with annual raises, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth through promotion from within. Paid time off is available up to 56 hours in the first year.
