About The Position

The SEC Financial Reporting Manager is a key member of the Corporate Finance function, reporting to the Senior Director, SEC Reporting. The role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating the Company’s external financial reporting, including leading the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings. It ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations and promotes accuracy and consistency in external disclosures. The manager works closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, business segment finance teams, and auditors to deliver timely, high-quality financial reports and narratives that support investor confidence and executive decision-making. The role also identifies and implements reporting-process improvements, optimizes ERP and consolidation/reporting tools in partnership with IT, Accounting, and FP&A, and standardizes templates and workflows. The position requires a CPA, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and at least 10 years of accounting or finance experience, including SEC reporting. The position requires access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information; applicants must qualify as a U.S. person or be eligible for an export license. U.S. citizenship is required as stated in the posting.

Requirements

CPA.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 10 years of accounting or finance experience, including SEC reporting.
Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Experience with internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
Experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP reporting tools, and Excel skills.

Ability to work in an office environment; frequent sitting and standing for long periods, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings.
Lead preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings.
Own consolidation of financial information and supporting schedules required for SEC reporting.
Prepare and review tie-outs, disclosure checklists, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor and implement new U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements affecting external reporting, and update accounting and disclosure policies as needed.
Support preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and board reporting with Investor Relations and Finance leadership.
Research and document technical accounting matters.
Execute and document internal controls.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce close and reporting cycle times while maintaining or enhancing quality and control.
Partner with IT, Accounting, and FP&A to optimize ERP and consolidation/reporting tools for external reporting needs.
Standardize templates and workflows for consistent, scalable reporting processes.
