This is a full-time, seasonal role running from September/October through late December/early January, depending on business needs. This role is not eligible for benefits. Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to deliver outstanding service to customers and associates.
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow wrap and pack standards for all items.
- Ability to stand and walk around the store or department for prolonged periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Wrapping customer purchases and preparing them for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Packaging, manifesting, and shipping customer merchandise based on customer or sales associate specifications.
- Executing high-quality gift wrapping for customer merchandise in strict alignment with company presentation and brand standards.
- Preparing items for safe transit by selecting appropriate materials, assembling (corrugating) shipping containers, and properly padding delicate goods.
- Reviewing and executing specific packaging, message, or delivery instructions provided by customers or sales associates.
- Inspecting outgoing shipments to ensure order accuracy, premium presentation, and compliance with company dispatch standards.
