About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate assists with refurbishing holiday decorations, maintaining production flow, keeping product inventory accurate and organized, and completing orders on time to meet company and customer standards. The role includes warehouse duties and assisting with installations during peak season.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to follow directions, including safety procedures.
• Ability to climb ladders and use a forklift after training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience picking or packing orders.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in various temperatures, both hot and cold.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for three years.
• Forklift certification.
• Box truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with inventory.
• Examine orders to verify inventory and truck-load accuracy.
• Move inventory to the loading dock.
• Organize decorations in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with installations during peak season.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Follow safety requirements and company policies and procedures.
