About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, or support behind-the-scenes tasks. You’ll work with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. The posting also indicates hiring for full-time, part-time, and flex positions across areas including Sales, Support, Fragrances, and Store Fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service and a welcoming environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and other resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
