About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, or support behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll work with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. The hiring event lists opportunities across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

• Ability to move around all store areas regularly and remain accessible to customers.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and show initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing a welcoming environment and personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support store operations, including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, apply feedback to build skills, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols; support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
